Based from our Technology Centre on the south coast of England, the Maintel Software team produces Callmedia – our omni-channel contact centre platform – and the user experience components to our ICON cloud platform.
They are also responsible for providing integration capabilities and professional services to integrate communications and contact centre platforms with line-of-business and CRM applications.
Maintel Software is a growing and increasingly important part of Maintel. It is a Microsoft Gold ISV Partner, a member of the Avaya DevConnect programme and part of the Mitel Solutions Alliance.
The Maintel Software team has four key activities:
Callmedia
Developing Maintel’s core software products including our flagship multi-channel customer experience platform, Callmedia and other CX tools
Software Integration
Providing integration services for customers. This team integrates Maintel’s products with our customers’ line of business applications.
Support Services
Providing support services – dealing with issues promptly to minimise disruption and maximise efficiencies whilst ensuring our customers get the most out of their software investments.
Cloud Services
Developing tools, apps and portals – making sure that our customers get the full benefit of their Maintel services with the ICON Portal and other tools.
