Maintel has recently been featured in the London Stock Exchange Group’s 1,000 Companies to Inspire Britain list for the second consecutive year.
Published annually, the report is a celebration of the UK and Europe’s fastest-growing, most dynamic SMEs, and aims to highlight the fundamental role these businesses play within the UK economy.
In order to be selected for inclusion on the list, businesses must demonstrate not only strong growth in revenue for the past three years, but also strong sector performance and potential for innovation, growth and job creation.
“This is the second year running we’ve been included in the 1,000 Companies to Inspire Britain report, and we’re thrilled to see the contribution our business makes to UK industry recognised by both our peers and business leaders.
“The past year has seen a period of strong growth and evolution for Maintel following our largest acquisition to date, and with innovation at the heart of our values as a company, we’re proud to be recognised as a leading light among growing UK businesses” says Eddie Buxton, CEO at Maintel.
Xavier Rolet, Chief Executive, London Stock Exchange Group said: “Four years on, LSEG’s 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain report continues to highlight the dynamic, entrepreneurial and ambitious businesses across the country that are boosting UK productivity, driving economic growth and creating jobs… these companies are the very heart of an ‘anti-fragile’ economy: more robust; more flexible and less prone to boom and bust. We must ensure we continue doing all we can to support high growth potential businesses like these.”
