Maintel is a rapidly growing business with a requirement to expand our Telesales Team to maximise on the ever increasing new business opportunities that Maintel continues to deliver year on year.  We have a full time Telesales Executive position to join an already successful internal team to continue to drive revenue throughout the rest of 2016.

Position Overview:
This is an internal role carrying both attractive Basic and Commission packages.

Main activities will include carrying out daily call outs to new business opportunities from existing/new databases and specific Campaigns put together by the Marketing team with an aim of booking external appointments for the Account Management Team.

This role will report into the Telesales Manager and has been designed to allow the successful candidate to move into an Account Management role within the Sales Team should you wish.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Proactively make calls from new/Existing Databases and Marketing Campaign’s
  • Assist the Account Managers in Call out Days and new business opportunities
  • Establish relationships with new business opportunities while transitioning the account across to the Account Management team.

 Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Excellent and Confident Telephone manner
  • Drive and enthusiasm to proactively hunt for new business opportunities
  • Enjoy working as a team as well as striving for individual set targets
  • Experience in Telesales, the IT or Telecoms industry would be an advantage but not essential

Additional Information:

Normal working hours are between 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch break.
