Customer notification: Closure of 118 909 Directory Service

The cost of providing 118 Directory Services has risen considerably over the past few years based on a reduction in demand for these services and the availability of low cost or free services via the Internet. As a result of recent commercial changes from our Directory Services partners we were faced with having to make a decision either to substantially increase the cost of using our 118 909 service from 1st January or closing the service down and we have therefore regrettably decided to withdraw the service as of Friday 6th January 2017.
