The above here shows the key layout for the new version handsets M7310N and M7324N mainly used on the Norstar Plus.
The latest Norstar Plus has a short cut to advance/retard the clock by one hour so it may be worth trying the following from extension 221.
Feature **393 to more clock forward 1 hour
Feature **2225 to move clock back 1 hour
To change the time, follow these steps:
1 Select an idle loop key.
2 Press Change Time (MTM).
3 Enter the time using the 24-hour clock for hours and minutes (00 00).
4 Press Change Time (MTM).
5 Press Rls.
To change the date, follow these steps:
1 Select an idle loop key.
2 Press Change Date (MDT).
3 Enter the date using two digits for day, month, and year (dd mm yy).
4 Press Change Date.

This system will get its time from the PC running the Manager program or from the Time server IP Address which can be any pc on the network.
This system obtains the date & Time from the PC used to program the system and cannot be set by the customer.

1. From the programming position (Extension 20), dial 70 followed by the system PIN 111.
2. The Systemphone shows Dial admin code. Dial the admin code 4.
3. Enter the time in 24-hour format and press # (for example, enter 5.00 pm as 1700).
4. Enter the date in the format DDMMYY and press # (for example, enter 9 March 2001 as 090302)
5. Press HANDS FREE.
In the event of a power failure, you will need to reset the time and date as the time shown will be 00:00 and the date shown will be 01-01-95.
1. From the Programming Extension, press the PROGRAMME Key
2. Press the Scroll Down Key (î) until ‘System programming’ is displayed
3. Select ‘System programming’.
4. Enter the System Programming Password 1111 and select ‘System’.
5. Select ‘Time and date’.
6. Enter the correct time in 24-hour format, (e.g. 2pm as 1400). The 'Display' will prompt for a date.
7. If you only wish to set the time select ‘Confirm’ and the 'Display' will revert to the Idle Menu.
8. Enter the date in dd/mm/yy format, (e.g. 10 December 1999 as 101299). When the date has been entered the 'Display' will revert to the Idle Menu.
9. Press the Hands-free Key to finish programming.
Note: In the event of a power failure, you will need to reset the time and date.
Note: Changes to the system Time will only take place when any external calls in progress at that time have cleared.
Note: If the Network Provider supplies the Caller Number 'Display' service (CDS) the system will take the time from the network provider.
