We tailor our support cover to suit your requirements. Whether you are looking for a support cover during standard working hours or require fully comprehensive 24/7/365 support, we will work with you to understand your business and tailor a solution to meet your needs.

Flex24 – Cover when you need it. Maintel’s Flex24 solution is developed for businesses that do not require a full 24/7/365 cover yet would like the added reassurance of support when they need it. Flex24 is an add-on to your standard cover and allows you to call out an engineer to fix a fault outside of business hours and you only pay a fixed fee, regardless of when the engineer is called out or how long it takes to fix the fault.

Webcall

Maintel’s online fault management tool makes it easy to log and track the progress of faults. Webcall gives you a view of the status, history and call statistics of faults reported. The system also provides real time KPI's, SMS and email alerts set by user-defined parameters for full audit trails including time and date stamped service history.

Moves, adds and changes

With business needs changing so frequently Maintel's daily remote programming allows adjustments to your maintenance and support to be made within 24 hours of request. Maintel also provides services such as handset facility changes, voicemail support and general technical advice.
