Maintel Named #1 for Avaya Service Excellence

Maintel, the telecoms and data managed services company, has won the Service Excellence Award 2015 at the UK Avaya Partner Connection Day. Amongst the highest accolades in the business communications industry, the award recognises Maintel’s commitment to delivering consistently high levels of service to enterprises throughout the UK.

The award formally recognises Maintel’s position as a leading business communications and services provider and key Avaya Platinum partner in Europe.  Upon receiving the award Maintel Group was commended for its commitment to outstanding service and for the breadth of its capability.  Maintel holds co-delivery status across core Avaya products spanning networking, and customer and team engagement solutions for midmarket and enterprise customers.
